USC - Cinema / Television
San Clemente, CA | 21 Years Old

In the summers of his early youth, Brian made dozens of movies with neighborhood friends. He would ride his bike around the cul-de-sac, cobbling together ragtag teams for the next cinematic adventure. Since the early days, he has tried to imbue each production with that same "neighborhood sensibility."
Today, Brian attends USC's School of Cinematic Arts, where he studies film theory, history, and production. He aspires to tell stories like Peter Weir, Terrance Malick, and Cameron Crowe. He is a published film critic, cinematographer, writer, and director of both stage and screen. Most of all, he is a storyteller for Christ. He would like to thank the entire Flashbulb Team for their passion, which is both selfless and true, his family for their immeasurable support, his girlfriend Joelle for her faith, and God for the ability to imagine, create, and share.
After college, Brian will continue to follow the dream. He plans to move into a house with the rest of the Flashbulb Team, preferably, in a cul-de-sac.

"When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me I didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life."
- John Lennon

SCHS - Cinema Production Club Pres.
San Clemente, CA | 18 Years Old

Mitchell is eighteen years old and a Freshman at Saddleback Community College. Ever since his early childhood, he has been making movies, though back then, his films consisted of him and his brothers running around in the backyard with toy swords and guns as they reenacted scenes from The Lord of the Rings or James Bond. He has always loved to express himself creatively and film is the perfect medium to do so. In the past, he has focused on writing, acting, and directing both for the camera and on stage. He has performed in a multitude of shows, including Anything Goes, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Fiddler on the Roof, among many others. He has also performed in a number of improv showcases, and has had the pleasure of coaching his fellow students in that as well.
More recently, however, Mitchell has been studying the art of cinematography. The way technology and art become intertwined on screen in order to help tell the story of the film is truly fascinating to him. He hopes to transfer to a film school where he can study cinematography, and cinema as a whole. He is not sure what God has planned for him, but he is doing his best to follow the path laid down in front of him.

Varsity Scholar Athlete

San Clemente, CA | 18 Years Old

Kevin's childhood was defined by the magic of movies. Assembling the neighborhood kids and shooting Lord of The Rings and James Bond 007 short films was an average weekend. Throughout his adolescence, Kevin had the unforgettable joy of acting in several of Brian's films. Since then, not much has changed. Things are just bigger. Kevin is currently a senior at San Clemente High School, and is the youngest member of the Flashbulb Team. Over two years ago, when Brian asked him to be a part of Flashbulb Entertainment, Kevin couldn't think of a better way to get back to his roots.
Through this production company, Kevin has been able to explore his passion for acting. He was lucky enough to play the character of "Sam Ashmore" in Flashbulb's first feature-length film, "Farmer's Tan", as well as the colorful role of "Templeton" in "Murder At The Porcelain Ballet". Through his first real stage production, Kevin unearthed a fervent passion for Theatre. He is now a very active part of the drama program at San Clemente High School, and landed the lead role in Neil Simon's "Broadway Bound" where he played the conflicted character of Eugene Jerome. Kevin is currently waiting to hear back from several colleges, but he hopes to attend the USC School of Theatre in the fall. Ultimately, Kevin plans to pursue a career that encompasses acting on stage, in films, and voice acting as well. He would like to thank his brother, Brian, for inspiring him to live his dreams, his loving parents for their endless encouragement, the Flashbulb team for being his second family, and God for setting a path before his feet.
